Pointer pilihan majikan

Semoga hari ini merupakan hari yang indah buat kita semua..kepada sesiapa yang sedang holiday tu selamat menghabiskan ringgit yang ade...haha...

Just want to share about the info i got from my collegue.  As we know there's a lot of unemployed graduates out there. Ya its all about rezeki but there's must be some reason.

And one of the reason is the pointer. No, employers are not looking for the 4 flat pointer graduates! And also not the 3.5 pointer above!!! I just know it! Most of employer are looking for pointer at range from 2.7 to 3.2 only!! Why??

Because employers think that range of people can work under minimum supervision. Furthermore, they are easy to handle.

Pointer above than that describing of intelligent people which may disobey their boss order (plus byk cakap byk cengkadak)....Hahaha..not in every field of work la and not all of them are like that hahaha.. Off course lecture, doctor, etc need this kind of people.

And below 2.7 pointer may describe people that need much supervision. And it is me...hahaha...by the way i have around 11 years working experience already. Now i know why my gaji sikit hahaha...lembap rupanya!!! I also found that it is difficult for me to find other job (for career enhancement), nak dpt interview pun susah...Tapi not all people are same kan..maybe yours below 2.7 but bijaksana semasa bekerja.

Don't worry graduates out there. Just try and try to find a suitable job.

Kecewa tegur kawan lama

How' s your weekend, everybody? Hope all were gone well..

A few cases i got thru all this while...hmm pasal kawan lama...berlaku dh lama and ade yang baru jer berlaku. Sedih but its okay...

I don't know if everyone feel the same.perasaan nak tegur/ contact kwn lama..sometime bile teringat kat memory lama then mesti la terfikir ape yg kwn lama korang buat sekarang. That's what i feel when i bored actually (hahaha).

But then when you whatsapp your old friend, her reply were like 'hmm' , 'ok' and a very simple word that describe 'pls don't disturb'...so if dah dpt reply yg mcm tu i pun tak fikir panjang and terus stop the communication. I think they ingat i nak jual brg kot...haha. (that alwiz happen to me...many fren tibe2 whtassp but then promote her product, but i layan jer not buy it).

Back to my case, i contact kwn lama bkn nk jual brg pun. Just nak tanye khabar and bak kata org nk eratkan silaturahim, can you treat me nice? Thanks

Hanya yang melalui bisa merasai

Wah tajuk, kemain lagi kan? Relax..bukan nak mengadu ade masalah besar cuma saje nak tulis untuk mengingatkan diri sendiri dan orang lain supaya lebih sensitif dengan situasi sedih/ kekurangan orang lain.

Tak faham kan. Hehe....lets say orang tu lum ade anak, takyah la kau nak cerita pasal anak ko yg berderet2 kat dia...xyah la nk citer yg ko tu teringat saat indah pretnen kan....kecuali la org tu yg tanya kau..takpun kalo ko nk bg anak ko kat dia.ooppps terkasar pulak...camtu la lebih kurang analoginya...

Sekali lagi saya nak ulang...jaga sensitiviti orang lain...kita tak lalui apa yang dia rasa..kalau korang selalu mengangkat diri sendiri depan orang yang takde apa yang ko ada....tak mustahil orang tu jelik dgn kau. Kata2 ko bkn nye jadi motivasi kat dia tapi aku takut dia doakan yang tak baik pulak kat kau...ooppps sorry...

Hidup kita ibarat roda...ingat tu...
